These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the website clubstudio.in (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by Club Studio ("we", "us", "our"), a supplier of laminates, veneers, louvers, stone and acrylic surfaces based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Website.
1. Use of the Website
The Website is provided so that you can learn about our products and collections, try finishes in the Visualizer, read our articles, and contact us. You may use it for those purposes and for your own lawful business or personal use.
You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- Submit false, misleading or abusive information through the enquiry form, or submit enquiries in bulk or by automated means;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, its administration panel or any connected database;
- Introduce viruses, scripts or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- Copy, scrape, crawl or extract the Website's content or data by automated means, except as search engines ordinarily do;
- Interfere with the Website's operation or with any other person's use of it.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or to any part of it, at any time and without notice, including to carry out maintenance or to deal with misuse.
2. Products, Colours and Availability
The products shown on the Website are presented for your information and to help you shortlist finishes. They are not an offer to sell. Collections, designs, sizes, thicknesses and finishes change over time, and a product shown on the Website may be discontinued, out of stock or available only in certain sizes.
Photographs and renderings of surfaces are reproductions. The colour, texture, gloss and pattern you see depend on your screen, its settings and the lighting in the image, and will differ from the physical product. Natural materials such as wood veneer and stone vary from piece to piece by their nature; no two sheets or slabs are identical, and the product supplied will differ from any image or sample.
For any decision about colour or finish, please ask us for a physical sample or visit the showroom in Rajkot before you specify or order. We are not responsible for a choice made on the basis of an image alone.
3. Visualizer
The Visualizer lets you place our finishes on photographs of rooms to get a feel for how they might look. It is an illustration tool only. The way a finish is mapped onto a photograph is an approximation: it does not reproduce the true scale of a pattern, the way light would fall on the real surface, the joints between sheets, or the colour as it would be installed. The Visualizer is not a substitute for a sample, a mock-up or the advice of your architect, interior designer or contractor, and it must not be relied on as a representation of the finished result.
4. Enquiries and Quotations
Sending an enquiry or a "Get a Quote" request through the Website does not place an order and does not create a contract between us. We will respond with the information, pricing or samples requested as we are able to, but we are not obliged to accept any enquiry.
Prices, lead times, minimum quantities and availability are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by us, and any sale is governed by the terms stated on that document. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and may be withdrawn or revised before an order is confirmed. Prices on any document exclude taxes, delivery and installation unless it says otherwise.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including the quantities, sizes and finishes you ask us to quote for.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Everything on the Website — its text, photographs, product images, renderings, artwork, logos, the "Club Studio" name and mark, the design and layout of the pages, the Visualizer and its room photographs, the articles on the blog and the Website's underlying code — is owned by Club Studio or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the Website and print or save pages for your own reference and for discussing a project with us. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Website, or use our name, logo or images in any catalogue, listing, website or promotional material, without our prior written consent.
Product names and collection names belong to their respective owners where they are not ours.
6. Blog and Informational Content
Articles, guides and answers published on the Website are provided for general information about surfaces, their uses and their care. They reflect our experience and opinion at the time of writing and are not technical specifications, warranties or professional advice. Installation methods, suitability and maintenance depend on the product, the site and its conditions, and you should confirm them with us and with your contractor before relying on them.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may contain links to other websites and embeds services provided by others, such as the map on the Contact page. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the site it points to.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take care to keep the Website accurate and working, we make no warranty, express or implied, that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or viruses, or that its content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for the products themselves, once supplied, is governed by the terms of the quotation or invoice under which they are sold, not by these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Studio and its staff against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

The personal information you give us through the Website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you submit to that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The revised Terms apply from the moment they are published, and your continued use of the Website after that is your acceptance of them. Please check this page from time to time.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
