Disclaimer

Last updated: 1 October 2026

The information, images and tools on clubstudio.in (the "Website") are published by Club Studio ("we", "us", "our") in good faith and for general information only. This Disclaimer explains the limits of what the Website can represent. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. General Information Only

Everything on the Website is provided for general information about our products, our collections and the ways surfaces are used. It is not a specification, a warranty, or professional, technical or design advice. While we try to keep the Website accurate and current, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of anything on it. Any reliance you place on the Website is at your own risk.

2. Colours, Textures and Images

Product images, swatches and room scenes on the Website are reproductions of the physical product and are shown for reference. The colour, sheen, texture and pattern you see depend on your screen, its brightness and colour settings, the lighting in the photograph and the way the image was processed, and will not match the physical product exactly.

Natural materials — wood veneer, stone and the like — vary from piece to piece in colour, grain, figure and veining. This variation is a quality of the material, not a defect, and it means the product you receive will differ from the image and from any sample you have seen. Laminates and acrylic finishes may also vary slightly between production batches.

Before you specify or order any finish, please ask us for a physical sample or visit our showroom in Rajkot. We will not be responsible for a selection made from an image on the Website without a sample.

3. Visualizer

The Visualizer places our finishes onto photographs of rooms to give an impression of how they might look. It is a simulation. The finish is mapped onto the photograph approximately: pattern scale, the direction of grain, the fall of light, reflections, the joints between sheets and the true installed colour are not reproduced accurately. The result is not a render of the finished room and must not be treated as one. Use it as a starting point for a conversation with us and with your designer, not as a basis for a final decision.

4. Product Availability and Changes

Our collections change. A product shown on the Website may be discontinued, temporarily unavailable, or available only in certain sizes, thicknesses or finishes. The Website is not a live stock list. Please confirm availability with us before planning a project around a particular product. We may change, withdraw or add products and content on the Website at any time without notice.

5. Blog Articles and Guidance

Articles, guides and FAQs on the Website share our experience with surfaces — where they suit, how they are fitted and how they are cared for. They are general in nature and may not apply to your product, your site or its conditions. They are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified architect, interior designer, contractor or installer, and installation, suitability and maintenance should always be confirmed with us and with the professionals working on your project.

6. Enquiries and Pricing

Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell, and an enquiry or quote request sent through it does not create an order or a contract. Prices, lead times and availability are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice from us, and any figures mentioned on the Website or in correspondence before that are indicative.

7. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Website links to websites we do not operate and embeds services provided by others, such as the map on our Contact page. We have no control over the content, accuracy or availability of those sites and services and accept no responsibility for them. A link is provided for convenience and does not imply our endorsement.

8. Errors, Omissions and Availability of the Website

Despite our care, the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in product descriptions, dimensions and images. We reserve the right to correct them at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any defect will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Studio, its proprietors, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website, reliance on its content or tools, or the inability to access it. This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from a product selection made on the basis of an image or the Visualizer without a physical sample.

10. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and the revised version applies from the moment it is published on the Website.
